Yomanda lives and dances in beautiful North Wales. Yomanda started attending belly dance classes in 2002, learning in local classes and travelling throughout Britain to attend workshops with international instructors. Before she took up Middle Eastern dance, she studied latin and ballroom dance.

Yomanda has performed a variety of Middle Eastern dance styles, from folkloric Saiidi to classical Oriental and American Tribal.  Her passion is for experimental dance and fusing belly dance moves with other dance styles, particularly Latin, Indian and cyber.  She performs using veil, stick, finger cymbals and Isis wings.

Building on her interest in cyber fusion dance, Yomanda is now the resident bellydancer of the Happy Faces Dancers, who appear at the Happy Faces DJ Charity Nights, held on the second Saturday of each month at JOOP in Bangor, with music ranging from electro through trance, hardstyle and psy.

In 2007, Yomanda completed the JWAAD teacher training Foundation course.
